These terms are applicable in addition to our standard business terms and conditions:

• You can buy these video production packages at a one-off rate shown, or at a reduction for regular work if bought under one of our subscription plans.
• All services and sessions are provided on a pre-payment basis only. We do not offer credit terms on ad-hoc production services.
• Location and Event filming within a 60 mile radius of UK Postcode LU7 0UU, outside of this area, we may need to apply the overnight fee. Location filming subject to the additional cost to cover mileage, transport, sustenance and accommodation, as per the rates on this page.
• TV Advert Production, where offered, is subject to additional compliance, license and talent fees. Please request a quote if you require the content for TV Advertising use.
• Use of teleprompter subject to supply of pre-agreed script 24 hours prior to filming.
• Cancellation or Rescheduling of a booked production session by the client
  Any cancellation or reschedule requests made at or before 6 working days may attract a rebooking fee of 10%. If the request is made between 5 and 3 working days before the session, a 30% fee will be made. Requests made less than 2 working days before the session will result in an up to 100% cancellation fee.
• Late or non-attendance of a booked production session by the client
  If you are more than 5 minutes late for your session, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, an 75% cancellation fee will apply, reducing to 50% if a session can be rebooked within 14 days. In the event a session is not attended, we will do our very best to schedule another session for another time that is convenient to you, but we offer no guarantee in respect of this. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, the cancellation fees may still apply.
• We will enforce session timings to ensure a good customer service to all customers. If you still need to create more content by the end of a session, we will offer you a further session in the future at a 20% reduction of cost, subject to availability.
• If the Production Session is delayed or cannot go ahead at the scheduled time due to any issue arising from Concept Television Studios Limited, we will offer (at our discretion) either a replacement date subject to studio availability, full refund or credit.
• Content is licensed as per individual assets. In most cases music does not include a license for broadcast TV Adverising, but do come with a license for digital use, (websites and social media for example). Additional use licenses may obtainable. License terms available on request. Ask for further information. Licenses are subject to the issuers terms.
